Hey! I’m Gauri, and if there’s one thing that has shaped my love for interior design, it’s the way I’ve experienced the world—one home at a time.
Since I was three years old, I’ve been on a journey across continents. In every place I’ve lived—more than ten countries in the past fifteen years—I’ve found myself mesmerized by architecture, interiors, and the way spaces can hold emotions, stories, and memories.
But what truly inspired me wasn’t just the beauty of these homes; it was my mom. My mother had this magical ability—to take a house made of bricks and stone and turn it warmth, love, and reflections of our journey.
That’s when I realized: a home is not just a place—it’s an extension of the people who live in it. It holds their dreams, their energy, their aspirations. The beauty it radiates is directly tied to the happiness of those within it.
This belief is what led me to create Kosha Spaces.
The name “Kosha” comes from the Sanskrit word “Kosh” (कोश)—which means layer. In ancient yogic philosophy, the five Koshas represent the different layers of human existence, from the physical form to the deepest essence of the soul. A truly fulfilling life is one where all these layers—body, energy, mind, wisdom, and bliss—are in harmony.
